All of our Texas gifts and Texas gift baskets are shipped using reliable shipping services.

The Services We Use

Our site calculates your UPS ground shipping cost based on the weight and the destination of your purchase plus a small handling fee. Military addresses, Alaska, Hawaii and International packages are calculated through USPS with priority and express rates available.

We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed during regular office hours go out the next day. Orders placed on weekends and on holidays will go out on the next business day. Packages usually arrive within 4 - 5 business or working days after shipping (only in the USA and depending on the UPS shipping zone delivery time from Texas). If you need the basket to arrive by a certain day for a birthday or other occasion, please let us know. If the package needs to be sent Next Day Air or 2 Day Air we can arrange this service and the appropriate charge for these services will apply and not the standard UPS ground rates.

If you ship a package to a hotel or convention - please note! The package MUST be called for in the shipping dept. of the hotel! Generally the hotel WILL NOT make an effort to deliver the package. Therefore, if you have a package shipped to a hotel as a gift you MUST get the guest to request the package. We have had several unhappy experiences because of this hotel policy and we feel that you should know what could happen if your gift is sent to a hotel. If you still choose to ship to a hotel or convention, we will only be responsible for the delivery of the package to the hotel, but not for a second pickup and / or its re-delivery charges. USPS for smaller gifts and for International orders. If you would like your gift sent by another postal service, we would gladly oblige. Just contact us by phone with the order info and shipping info. Higher rates may apply if using another postal carrier. Please contact us for more info.

If your package needs to be reshipped because of an incorrect address or other circumstances not our fault, the second shipping expense will be charged to you at cost. Generally UPS charges $14.00 for an address correction or package intercept within the same local area that it was originally sent.

Packaging of Your Gift

We use the best packaging materials and custom foam inserts to ensure that your gift arrives safely. All gifts are packed and boxed using sturdy shipping boxes. Smaller gifts may come in bagged bubble wrap and smaller boxes, but will be packaged well.

• How long does it take from when I place my order until you actually ship my gift?
Your order will be shipped out within 12-24 hours depending on the season. Holidays are usually busier times, so we try to get all orders shipped as they are received within 24 hours. You will receive an email once your order is shipped. Your order status can also be monitored from your registered user account.

Shipping and Transit Times

• FEDEX

The transit time for Fedex depends on the item shipped and address. Most of the times stated in the shipping area upon store checkout are correct. Please see the Fedex website for more information.

• UPS

If you would like to know how long will it take for your gift to be delivered by UPS, then we can give you a pretty good estimate by using the UPS transit times map. These times are usually spot on unless it is a major holiday or there are weather delays.

All times are estimated. We will not be responsible for weather, holiday or other postal delays. During these times please allow 2-3 days extra.

Tracking Your Gift - We will notify the sender via UPS or USPS (whichever we use for your gift) a tracking number. The UPS system will also notify you of any delivery exceptions that may occur, and delivery notification.

Shipping Guarantee/ Damaged Goods Policy - If your package arrives damaged, please indicate this on the delivery slip and contact us immediately within 3 days of receipt. If the basket is broken we will replace the basket and issue a pick up ticket for the original broken basket. Our baskets going UPS are insured so please keep all packing materials and the box and wait for the pickup ticket. Do not ship anything back without a prior return approval or without receiving this pickup ticket.

For all other, non-damaged goods, all sales are final upon 3 days after receipt.

We have suspended international shipment due to the differing standards of delivery worldwide, it was too difficult to manage delivery and many are returned due to the recipient not being alerted to the fact there is a gift for them, coupled with the cost of international shipping we are only able to ship to Canada now.  Please call our order line for these orders at (512)963-1312.
